ABOUT ME

I provide eclectic, strength-based and positive, attachment-informed, and Jungian psychotherapy for individuals, couples+, families and adolescents. My approach involves non-judgmental interest in your story, your strengths, your circumstances, and your goals. I like to know how you came to be at this place in your life and where you’d like to go.

I am very conversational, honest, and direct but I deeply value kindness and sensitivity. I offer LGBTQ Affirmative therapy for individuals, partners, and parents. I use he/his pronouns.

I believe in the lifelong pursuit of knowing and understanding ourselves as we evolve and grow and finding comfort and safety as we navigate life. I am also interested in exploring areas of difficulty that remain a mystery to us.

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with the state of California Board of Behavioral Sciences with an MA in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles and specialization in Affirmative LGBTQ psychotherapy.

Currently, I work through telehealth video conferencing but please contact me if you have a need for in-person therapy.
